Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

$22.00–$27.00/hr≈ $45,760–$56,160 per year

What you will do

Coordinate inbound container receiving at Dock 1–2 and verify against packing lists
Pick, pack and stage wholesale orders to retail-ready standard
Maintain inventory accuracy in our WMS; run cycle counts
Work with our customs broker on entry documentation and ISF filing
Keep the dock clean, safe and organized — every day, without exception

What you bring

2+ years in warehouse, logistics or distribution operations
Forklift certification preferred (we will certify the right candidate)
Comfortable with scanners, spreadsheets and shipping software
Organized, detail-obsessed, and calm when the trucks run late

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

What you will do

Manage catalog content across our site and retail marketplaces
Plan and run paid social, email and search campaigns for wholesale and brand marketing
Analyze sales data to guide merchandising and reorder decisions
Coordinate product photography and creative assets with our design team
Track competitor and trend research across the U.S. home goods market

What you bring

2+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally in home goods or retail
Experience with Shopify or major marketplace platforms
Comfortable with analytics, attribution and honest reporting
Strong writing that sounds human — no corporate sludge

Product Quality & Compliance Associate

What you will do

Perform pre-shipment inspections at AQL 2.5 and document results
Maintain compliance files: FDA food-contact notes, Prop 65 assessments, CPSIA, labeling
Coordinate third-party testing labs and track certificate renewals
Keep HTS classifications and country-of-origin records current per SKU
Champion the first-piece rule at Dock 2 — no exceptions

What you bring

QA/QC experience in consumer products, ideally home goods
Familiarity with U.S. consumer product regulations (FDA, CPSC, FTC, Prop 65)
Meticulous documentation habits and strong Excel skills
Comfortable working between the desk and the dock floor
